Aches and pains

My elbow bothers me when I knit too much. Is it possible to get tennis elbow from knitting? And if so, is it called knitters elbow?

I sometimes have elbow pain and it actually stems from muscle tension in my shoulder and upper back- a great excuse to get a massage!
