Fashionista knitting

Has anyone else besides me watched "Jennifer Lopez: Beyond the Runway" on the TV this weekend? It's all the behind-the-scenes stuff for a J Lo brand fashion show. I have to say that the lovely Ms. Lopez has some stellar stuff in her collection, particularly all the furry trims and sweaters . You could totally knit some of it and substitute fun fur, some other lovely textured yarn, or a loose loopy stitch and you'd have a totally rockin' jacket, or a swanky hoodie.

I wonder if she's ever thought of expanding the J Lo empire into the knitting world? You can never have to many hip/ ultra cool sweater knitting patterns, know what I am saying? I don't know J Lo personally, but everytime I see her on the TV as herself, she seems really fun and down to earth and like she'd have a heck of a good time knitting with the girls. Well, anyway, I guess that pretty much wraps up my commentary for today, and I will let everyone get back to watching the Oscars.

One more thing- anybody seen House of Flying Daggers? It's awesome! And for like the whole last 1/4 of the movie I kept trying to figure out what crochet stitch was used to make the collars the Flying Dagger ladies wore. ...
