Can you get fired for knitting?

I am at a conference (that has absolutely nothing to do with knitting or work) this weekend, and I'm knitting away in the back row. It sure does make the whole thing more enjoyable. I wonder if the people at work would have a cow if I whipped out some knitting during a meeting? Probably....

You don't know how I dream of just pulling out a project during my work day and doing something productive...really productive...like knitting!
